    We will discuss your finalized quote with different level estimates, which are all itemized so you can see how many units of materials you need and their prices. Also, the duration, type of services involved, and your approval and agreement to our proposal.

CONFIRMATION

  • We approve your desired roofing project.

    After you sign your contract with DocuSign, accounting approves your contract and requests payment. You can proceed to pay for your new roof. We accept all payment methods: credit card, cash, check, ACH transfer, and wire transfer. Once your deposit is processed, we request a permit to work on your home to schedule the replacement.

PREPARATION

  • We prepare your roof deck and your home to install your new roof.

    After the materials and equipment are brought to your site, the old material will be removed before any new roofing materials are laid down over your roof. Then, we thoroughly prepare your roof deck by removing old nails or repairing any damaged rafters or plywood.

INSTALLATION

  • We start with our efficient installation process.

    At this stage, the roof surface is prepared. The installation time varies based on the roof condition and the materials being used. More expensive materials like slate take longer because they can crack or break if stepped on. Remember that getting a roof installed is messy, loud, and dangerous. If possible, try not to be at your home during the process.
